Version 1.0.2 released

Bug-fixes and Changes in this version:

• Full rebranding to "She Vampires".
• Added a popup to indicate Game is Paused (press control to pause game).
• Added the Instructions Screen to the main game (5 from the main menu).
• You can now run walk over and destroy Canopic Jars (at a small cost to your health)
